I hardly ever watch adverts these days, but the one on the radio I hate the most is Philip Schofield telling me how great we buy any car.com are. Same with James Corden before him.

Very rarely watch anything live so fwd the ads. Watched The Great Escape this evening and was reminded of the Holstein Pils ad with Steve McQueen which made me laugh

I don't catch much TV Ads these days but I know a good one when I see it...
The roller skating tortoise as for Avanti west coast trains is short, sharp, sweet and conveys everything you need to know in 15 seconds.

Record most programmes on ITV so I can fast forward through the ads. One hour programme becomes 40mins.
So the ads no longer annoy me.
There is one old school advert that always made me smile.
Polo Mints.
Pop Vox interview with a member of the public.
Interviewer: "Tell me, sir, what do you think of Polo?"
Member of the Public: "Polo? Good enough for the Duke of Endiburgh - Good enough for me."

Totally agree with the OTB Christmas song and that Thortful one - don't start me! The one that gets my constant verbal abuse is the Vax carpet cleaner one (not helped by the fact it's on every five minutes) and those two girls in the advert, leaning against the door, giving supercilious looks as their dad - who's already cleared up their mess - gets when he nearly spills his coffee (although he pisses me off too). Don't put your bloody blackcurrant drink on the white shagpile you ...
Funny how Ads aggrevate you so much isn't it?
